Workshops

Join in on a group experience of meditative playtime. My workshops combine mindfulness practices with fun improv games designed to help you go with the flow. Every workshop is centered on a theme which we’ll explore through meditation, movement, and games.

Direction

I offer coaching and direction for improvisers, clowns, and performance artists — teams or individuals. We’ll find the heart of what you have to offer and bolster it to let your true self shine through your work.

Reiki

I’m a level 2 reiki master. I love reiki because its a nice way to move energy, it’s relaxing, and often gives you an insightful lesson. My Reiki sessions involve hands-on touching. I’ll play some nice music for you and get you all chilled out.

What people say about the workshops.

Mindfulness practices can be overly dry and serious, just as fun activities tend to lack a mindfulness component. I loved being present and connecting to myself and others that way, but also loved having fun and being silly and even embarrassing myself. Mindfulness and silliness belong together!
