Playful :) Mindful is 2-hour session that combines mindfulness practices with actively engaging playtime in a supportive environment to help create levity on a path toward inner peace and joy cultivation.
While themes vary, every class will start with a guided meditation and move into group activities that help us let loose, and have fun. This practice helps us embody a positive mindset, self-love, and inner freedom. The experience is cathartic and uplifting.
